Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vows & Stamps Notary Boca Raton, we strive to provide professional and reliable service. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking an appointment.

Mobile Notary & Apostille Services

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a full service fee being charged, as time and travel are reserved specifically for your appointment.

  • If we arrive at the scheduled location and the signer is unavailable, unprepared, or lacks valid ID, a service fee may still apply.

Document Handling Services

  • Once a document has been submitted to a state agency, courier, or apostille authority on your behalf, refunds are no longer available.

  • If the service cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the client, a partial service fee may still be charged.
